VISA, Mastercard, Amex via PayPal.
Bank transfers for corporate orders.

DO YOU USE EXOTIC WOODS?

The origin of exotic wood is often difficult to establish with certainty. For that reason, I prefer to encourage commerce that is respectful of forests by favouring locally-harvested wood whose source is known. However, I use a touch of recycled exotic wood in certain projects.

WHAT IS TORREFIED WOOD?

It is wood that has been transformed by heat. This natural treatment has several advantages:

  • The different degrees of torrefaction produce a wide variety of colours, ranging from light brown to black. Colouration is evenly distributed throughout the piece. In contrast to dyes, this colouration does not change with time.
  • Torrefied wood is both rot-proof and waterproof.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?

I participate in tree planting in collaboration with the project created by l’Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.

A public registry is available to find out how many trees have been planted by each participant.
